AllAuth React SDK 1.3.3: hidden account panels and tab focus
Corrects account-panel visibility and tab overflow styling.

- Forces hidden elements inside the SDK scope to remain hidden when host styles would otherwise affect their display.
- Constrains account-tab vertical overflow and moves keyboard focus outlines inside the tab viewport.
